New York Fed Press Briefing on For-Profit Institutions in Higher Education

NEW YORK—The Federal Reserve Bank of New York will host a press briefing entitled, “Private For-Profit Institutions in the Higher Education Landscape,” Wednesday, November 20 at 10 a.m. The presentation will provide information about enrollment, cost, student debt and completion rates for institutions specializing in two-year degrees and professional certificate programs. 

The briefing will also include an update on local economic conditions from staff economists. New York Fed President William C. Dudley is expected to offer remarks about national and regional economic conditions. President Dudley and New York Fed staff will answer questions after the presentations.
